All small products such as ID tags, earrings & poop bag carriers will be mailed as non-tracked letter mail or tracked/insured mail by Canada Post. You can select a type of shipping at checkout.
*It is rare that Canada post loses packages but it has happened in the past so please purchase tracked/insured shipping if you like to have a piece of mind:)

Delayed/Lost Packages
There can be delays due to external factors such as covid, weather, or holidays. If they have been shipped back to us due to an insufficient address we will be able to re-send this out to you but the postage will need to be repaid and a reliable address used. *NO SHIPPING COSTS ARE REFUNDED AT ANY TIME. We are not responsible for missing, lost, delayed or stolen packages. Each tag takes a lot of time spent handcrafting to create and we cannot refund our time. Please purchase tracked/insured shipping if you like to have a piece of mind:)
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We are not able to cover the costs of tax/charges.
