On the backside of the tag, you can choose from the following options:

- keep it simple and blank

- stamped name*

- stamped name and phone number*

- pin (no name or phone number)

As each ID tag is not only custom-made but also handcrafted, your tag will be unique to you and none of the items will be identical. While I do my best to make each tag as close and similar to your fur baby as possible, there can be tiny imperfections and slight colour differences that are inevitable.

Please keep in mind that polymer clay is neither chew-proof nor scratch-proof. Once the tag is in your possession, it is then your responsibility to properly care for it. We will not be held responsible for any harm caused by the ingestion of the tag materials.
