As each tag is handcrafted and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized ID tags.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at taggedbyollie@gmail.com immediately so we can assist you.

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. The 14th day may be the day the item is posted back—please retain proof of postage. We allow for postal and courier delays.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In the same condition as received

We recommend carefully trying on new items indoors, just in case a return is needed.

 

D A M A G E S   A N D   I S S U E S

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

 

E X C H A N G E S

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

 

R E F U N D S

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any shipping costs. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
