Currently 1.5-2.5 weeks for regualar tags and 3-4 weeks for custom orders such as custom tags and custom ornaments.

Earrings are usually pre made so 1-3 business days unless you order them with other items that takes longer.

Yes! You can request to be refunded duplicate shipping in the notes on your second order- just make sure to reference your other order number. This will be refunded at the time of shipment. 

YES! The body of our tags is made of high quality epoxy resin and polymer clay, and it is durable and almost indestructible in daily use. However, please note resin is NOT SCRATCH NOR CHEW-PROOF. Please read our care guide for the full care infomation.

Yes with a minimum spend of $10.

One or two depending on a size of tag. If you wish to place two phone numbers, please know that we may only place one number due to the space limitation. So please specify which number you want us to place it for sure.

We can only place one contact number as the space is limited. However, two phone numbers may fit if the tag is larger size. No address or other info will be added. Per request, i can place a birthdate or other info instead of phone number.

As we do hand craft each tag and each tag is personalized to you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Please refer to our return policy for full details.
