1. Background Colour

Choose from 7 colours:

White, Pale Pink, Pale Lavender, Pale Blue, Mint, Forest Green, or Burgundy.

2. Name Colour

Choose your favourite colour for your pet's raised lettering. Please refer to the name colour chart for available options.

3. Santa Hat

Keep the classic red Santa hat, request a different colour, or choose no hat.

Alternative hat colours are available by request and may be subject to availability.

4. Ribbon Colour

Choose your favourite ribbon from our available options. Please refer to the ribbon colour chart.

5. Your Pet's Photos

Please upload up to 4 clear photos of your pet when placing your order. Photos showing your pet's face from different angles are especially helpful for creating their portrait.

Production time for custom pet portraits may take 1 to 3 weeks, depending on our current order volume.

Production time does not include shipping time. Please order early for the holiday season, as Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed.
