• Custom colours for each section may be available with or without fees. Please email to inquire.
• No discounts will be applied as this ornament is a custom item, but you can leave your favourite TBO model’s name in the customization box:) It will be counted as a code usage.
• You will be required to submit up to 4 photos of your furry besties.
• The turnaround will be 3-4 weeks.

Our production time for custom pet portraits is up to 4 weeks  (plus shipping), but it depends on how many orders I have, so please see our FAQ page to see the latest turnaround.

Before you place your order, please read our shipping info and place your order accordingly with this timeframe in mind. 

C A R E   I N S T R U C T I O N

The purpose of this product is to be hung on a tree. Therefore, the circle base is thin to be as light as possible. Please handle it with care. You can use wet wipes to clean but do not use harsh chemicals. When you store it, lay it flat and not put heavy objects on top.
