Tariff Update: March 13, 2025

𝐔𝐒 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬: As of now, purchases under 800 USD can continue to cross the U.S. border duty-free due to the extension of the section 321 de minimis exemption, allowing U.S. customers to enjoy this benefit without incurring additional tariffs on their orders.

𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬: In Canada, shipments are processed normally without any duties; however, applicable provincial and federal taxes will still be collected on these transactions.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬: It's important to review your country's tax policy before placing an order, as duties may be applicable upon receipt. This ensures you are fully aware of any additional costs you might incur.

Any pet tags you order are made to order, and my turnaround for BF sale items is 1-3 weeks. I will try my best to dispatch as many orders as possible before the holiday cut-off time for Canada and the US, but there is no guarantee to receive them before Christmas especially due to delivery delays.

- TBO Operation -

TBO Operation will be back in BC, Canada, as of Dec 7.

Other than the location change, there are no changes for you, except for delivery time within Canada. An average of 2-7 business days, depending on where you live.

 *There may be some delays within Canada during this holiday season due to the Canada Post strike.   

 

- Taylor Town -

We will be attending Taylor Town (previously called Candy Town) in Yaletown as a vendor. This market will be the only holiday market we will be attending this year!! So don't miss out! There are going to be lots of new earrings, tags and more:)

- Order Update -

Currently, my turnaround is on time (1-2 wks for tags) and I have been working on all the orders that have been placed already. With the Canada Post strike still going on, we will offer local pick-up at the Taylor Town market on Dec 7 for locals. To be able to pick up your items, you MUST place your order by Nov 27. For non-locals, you can still expect it to be dispatched within 1 to 2 wks from the day you place your order.

Ex. You place your order on Nov 27, then your order will be out by Dec 11:)

Woot Woot! As you know, we don't do sales often and this will be the biggest sale of all time! Our BF sale starts on Nov 28 and ends on Dec 1. For all the orders placed during the BF sale, the turnaround will be 1-3 weeks so most likey you won’t receive it by Christmas. (maybe if you are lucky you will hehe)
