Small items such as ID tags, earrings, and poop bag carriers will be shipped via Canada Post as either non-tracked letter mail or tracked/insured mail. You may select your preferred shipping option at checkout.

While it is rare for Canada Post to lose packages, it has happened in the past. We highly recommend selecting tracked/insured shipping for peace of mind.

Non-Tracked / Non-Insured Letter Mail

  • Orders $34.99 CAD or less — $3 CAD

  • Orders $35 CAD or more — FREE

Tracked / Insured Mail

  • BC: $8 CAD

  • Rest of Canada: $15–20 CAD (depending on location)

Large items (such as bags) are shipped as tracked parcels at flat rates:

  • BC: $8 CAD

  • Rest of Canada: $15–20 CAD (depending on location)

Please note: If small items are purchased together with bags, all items will be shipped together in one parcel.

All orders are shipped as tracked & insured parcels at a flat rate:

⚠️ Important – Import Duties:
Due to newly implemented tariffs, U.S. customers are required to pay applicable import duties at checkout, effective August 2025 until further notice. These charges are determined by customs regulations and are non-refundable.

Shipping delays may occur due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions.

If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, we are happy to resend it once postage is repaid and a reliable address is provided.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, missing, or stolen packages. Each item is carefully handcrafted and we are unable to refund time spent creating your order. We strongly recommend purchasing tracked/insured shipping for peace of mind.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or import fees that may apply. We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

For U.S. orders, import duties will be collected at checkout due to tariff regulations effective August 2025 until further notice.
